Job Responsibilities
1. Develop overall operational plan/training plan/materials development of ECD activities;
2. Support to the resource center facilitator, animators in implementing monthly/bi-monthly.learning and reflection sessions to improve the teaching-learning activities;
3. Provide on-site supports to ensure proper uses and preservation of materials at resource centers;
4. Assist in developing appropriate tools to measure the impact of training on learning aids/toy making activities;
5. Design/assist in developing different training courses and training materials for the program in the areas of ECCD;
6. Assist to initiate research/studies in your areas of work and assist in other research/studies as stated in the program proposal;
7. Nurture informal learning network with other organizations doing education programs in urban slum areas;
8. Keep the relationship with GO & NGO relevant stakeholders
