CAAB Job Circular 2021
1. The decision of the appointing authority on any matter relating to the recruitment test shall be final.
2. Any kind of lobbying will be considered as disqualification of the candidate. If anyone takes a job by hiding information, legal action will be taken against him including cancellation of appointment letter.
3. The Authority may change or add any additional condition in a manner which is not in conflict with the Government rules and regulations. The Authority reserves the right to partially or in full cancellation of the appointment notice without giving any reason.
4. Candidate by submitting application form, participating in written and oral examination or achieving high standard in comparative competency.
5. Do not acquire any legal or human rights for appointment to the relevant post.
6. In case of selection and appointment of application form, the decision of the authority will be considered final. No objection can be raised in this regard.
7. The recruits will be posted in any department / division / unit / airport under the jurisdiction of Bangladesh Civil Aviation Authority.
8. In the case not mentioned above, the rules and regulations issued by the Ministry of Public Administration will be applicable.
