Police Recruitment 2023 Exam Procedure:
For the recruitment of Police Constable 2023, the candidate has to pass three types of examinations. Detailed rules for physical examination, written examination, and oral examination for Bangladesh Police Constable Recruitment 2023 are given below.
1. Physical Size and Physical Examination: The candidate should first participate in the physical measurement and physical examination at the place and time mentioned in the notification. Candidates who pass will be given an admission card and the place and time of the written test will be informed.
2. Application age: The age of general candidates should be between 18 – 20 years and in the case of children of freedom fighters should be between 19 to 32 years on the same date.
3. Instructive Requirement: Involved applicants have to complete SSC or equivalent exam. Result from At least a CGPA of 2.50
4. Written Test: Candidates who have passed the physical size and physical test will have to participate in the written test of 40 marks in 1 hour and 30 minutes. Candidates who have obtained at least 45% marks will be considered to have passed the test.
5. Psychological and Oral Examination: Candidates who have passed the written examination will have to participate in the oral examination of 20 marks on the specified date. Separately, the candidates who have obtained at least 45% marks will be considered to have passed.
Final Selection Process: Candidates Who Successfully Passed Primary Selection, Written Test, and Viva’s voice. They Will be Selected For Recruit. But Applications have to Face Police Verification and Medical tests. Successful Candidates for Police Verification and Medical Test Will be Selected For the Training Period.
Requirement For Apply Police Constable:
- Interested Candidates must be Unmarried
- On 01 June 2023 Candidates’ Age Must be From 18 to 20 years.
- On 01 June 2023 Candidates’ Age must be 18 to 32 For Freedom Fighter Quota but the Grandchild of the Freedom fighter’s Age must be 18 to 20.
- Interested Candidates must be Passed SSC or Equivalent Exam. Minimum GPA-2.5
New police recruitment 2023
The government is bringing good news for job seekers in the police force at the beginning of the new year 2023. The recruitment process for the Bangladesh Police is about to start in January.
The decision was taken at a high-level meeting of the government, the home ministry said. This information is known in a report published in the Janakantha newspaper on December 26.
The report further said that the government has decided to increase the manpower of the police force to modernize it in order to increase the overall capacity of the police force. Of these, a total of 13,841 new posts have been created for different units of the police headquarters. The rest of the posts are being processed in various ministries or departments.
Police SI Job Circular 2023
SI recruitment will start soon. The latest recruitment notification for the post of External Cadet ‘Sub-Inspector (Unarmed)’ was published in the Bangladesh Police Force. Candidates with a minimum bachelor’s degree and computer experience from any recognized university in Bangladesh could apply for the post of External Cadet Sub-Inspector (SI) of Police.
Eligibility for application:
To apply for the post of Sub-Inspector (SI), the applicant must have a minimum bachelor’s degree. Besides, he must have experience with computers. Candidates must be citizens of Bangladesh and unmarried.
Physical Qualifications:
To apply for the SI post, height should be 5 feet 4 inches for male candidates, chest size should be 30 inches in normal conditions, and 32 inches in extended conditions. In the case of female candidates, height should be at least 5 feet 2 inches.
